Use this page to delete your Dragy Moto Lab / Chainline account and the data linked to it. It works the same for accounts created on the website and in the Chainline Android app.
Delete your Dragy Moto Lab / Chainline account
To delete your account and its data yourself, sign in with the account you want to delete and come back to this page. You will see a button to confirm.
Can't sign in? Email support@e-splice.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my Chainline account". We will confirm by email once it is done.
What gets deleted:
- Any Chainline Pro subscription bought on the website is cancelled immediately and will not renew. (A subscription bought through Google Play is billed by Google: cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions first.)
- Your WordPress / WooCommerce account: email, name, password, addresses and saved payment methods.
- Your Chainline account record: email, plan, trial dates and the card brand / last 4 digits if stored.
- Your name, email and addresses are removed from past orders. The order amounts and dates are kept for tax and accounting records.
- Data the app saved in this browser is cleared on this device.
