How the subscription works
- Start: sign in (or create a free account in the app), then start the trial. Checkout asks for a card or PayPal; you pay $0 today.
- Reminder: we email you 3 days before the trial ends.
- After the trial: $4.99 is charged each month until you cancel.
- One trial per customer: if you’ve had a Chainline subscription or trial before, Pro is billed from the first day.
- Cancel anytime in My Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period, and Pro stays on until then.
- Failed payment: we retry after 1, 3 and 7 days. Pro is paused while a payment is overdue and comes back when payment goes through. If the last retry fails, the subscription is cancelled.
- Payments are handled by Stripe (cards) or PayPal at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.
